Meet our Staff
Craig Wear, Pharm D
Craig graduated from Warsaw High School and was born and raised in Hancock County. After obtaining a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Drake University, he returned to the area with his soon to be wife, Anita. They knew they wanted to purchase or start a pharmacy, and less than two years after graduation, Wear Drug was being built. Craig and Anita now have four kids and enjoy business ownership and living in a small town. Craig also does public speaking for the National Community Pharmacist Association and has spoken in over ten states to aspiring pharmacy owners.
Kelly Mapes, Certified Pharmacy Technician
Kelly was born and raised in LaHarpe, IL. She started working in a pharmacy while she was still in high school. She joined Wear Drug in 2008 specializing in inputting prescriptions, handling insurance billing issues and customer service. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son, Mitchell.
Kim Stronger
Kim started her joruney at Wear Drug in 2021 after working as a CNA for 10 and and a half years. She lives in Warsaw with her fiance, Jeremy. She has two step daughters and enjoys spending her time with friends, family, and pups. Kim also enjoys helping to take care of the cows.
Anita Wear, Pharm D
Anita received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Drake University and is the co-owner of Wear Drug. She specializes in Long-Term Care pharmacy services, billing and medication therapy management(MTM) services. She was born and brought up in Mumbai, India and came to the US for pharmacy school at the age of 19. She came to stay in Hancock County after graduating pharmacy school and getting married to Craig Wear. Coming from Mumbai to Des Moines and then to Hancock County was a huge culture shock for her, but she loves being in a small town around family and friends, where everyone is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Sarah Zaehringer, Certified
Pharmacy Technician
Sarah has been with us since October 2016. Sarah specializes in the Med Sync program. She is married to Matthew Zaehringer and has 3 sons: Deacon, Bennett, and Everett whom she loves spending time with. Her hobbies include eating tacos and attempting to design the inside of her house!
Tina Harl
Tina was born and raised in Elvaston, IL. She is the mother of 3 kids and the grandmother of 4 beautiful grandchildren. Tina started at Wear Drug as a delivery driver, then went on to work as a pharmacy tech. Her hobbies include watching humming birds on the patio with her dog, Delbert.
Curtis Bisby, Pharm D
Curtis is a life-long resident of Hancock County graduating from Carthage HIgh School in 2000. Following high school, he attended Drake University in Des Moines, IA and received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2006. He spent his first three years practicing at Walgreens in Macomb before coming back home to Wear Drug in August of 2009. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and three kids, Eli, Braelyn and Brock.
Aleah Gann
Aleah started working for us in 2020. She is an FFA American Degree recipient, the most prestigious award given by the FFA, and is currently attending Carl Sandburg College. She has two horses and one dog that she enjoys spending her free time with. In the summer, she enjoys traveling to various events and showing off her horses!
Bryan Nemecek
Bryan joined the team back in 2018 as the Director of Marketing. He helps Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities find reliable solutions
for accurate and timely Med-Pass. Before starting with Wear Drug he worked more than 20 years in the Durable Medical Equipment industry. Bryan enjoys working with his kids on the many sporting activities that they participate in throughout the year and avoiding the conflict between Cubs and Cardinals fans.
